Our Team

Peter Leung is the CEO and Co-founder of Potenza College Consulting, a premier college admissions consulting firm serving private high schools, top universities, and the 25 best-ranked graduate school programs. With a passion for education and entrepreneurship, Peter has co-founded over ten successful private businesses across the education, hospitality, health & fitness, and technology sectors.

In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements, Peter is an active investor with a diverse portfolio that spans real estate, oil and gas, precious metals (gold and silver exploration), private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds. He has invested in over 30 startups, including three that achieved IPO exits.

Peter resides in Southern California with his wife and 4 children.

Her passion for education led her to found Cadence Creative Education, a premier music consulting company that helps students gain acceptance to top-tier universities through a personalized, artistic approach. At Potenza Equity, Lei draws on her artistic background and interpersonal skills to build meaningful investor relationships through transparent and effective communication.
